We're recovering from hosting the progressive dinner main course house last night...actually there hasn't been much recovering to do...the house was surprising clean and there weren't too many dishes to wash. I actually woke up earlier than Sean and ended up getting most everything cleaned up myself before he got up...which never happens...the poor dogs couldn't figure out what was going on and where their Sean was.
Speaking of the dogs we take them for haircuts every few months and get them cut pretty short so that we only have to take them for haircuts every few months and then Sean just gives them a bath every weekend to keep them clean. So it was Paddy's first haircut and I was sad that I forgot to take one last picture of all his puppy hair because he came home looking like Shamrock...all short and clean and cute...poor guy didn't know what to do with himself and we've made sure they have plenty of blankets to snuggle under to keep warm since it's been chilly out. How cute is he?
So it's Sunday and I should be studying for the three finals I have this week, but instead I'm working on our Christmas cards...and I only have four more days that I will be able to make those type of procrastination statements...woohoo. :)
Friday night and Saturday morning I worked to finish up a bunch of wrapping so I have more gift tags to share...I got all the teacher gifts wrapped for Mac...we got his two teachers and his tutor travel mugs and tea...and then I also made up little bags of tea for the three directors at his school and his tumbling teacher...I had fun making these tags once I finally figured out what I wanted to do...I wrapped the mugs and tied the bag directly to the box...
Then here's other tags I crafted up...can you tell I had a little too much snowman-making fun?
Sean and I always write little notes and funny hints on our tags to each other...so these are for him...and Sean Griffin if you are reading this blog you'd better step away now if you don't want to ruin your own surprises because you know I never look at my tags...hahaha...NEVER. :)
This little one is for him too...there's something really funny and slightly indecent written on the back...
