I recycle ideas a lot...if I come by a clever idea or on the off chance think of one myself I usually use it more than once...in this case I don't know where I first saw the ribbon cake idea, but I started making them as cards a couple of years ago...like this one...
but then I saw this a few weeks ago here
and the ric-rac and flower on top inspired me to do this when I needed to make something to hold a gift card for Sean's grandma's birthday...
and I will definitely use this idea over and over :)
