Monday/Tuesday: Meatball Sandwiches...don't really have a recipe
Wednesday: Grilled tri-tip, mashed potatoes and green beans
Thursday: Apricot Chicken and rice
Friday: Fry-day...I'm thinking hot dogs and tater totsI said last week I had no clue what I was making for the weekend...we ended up making Sweet Onion Macaroni and Cheese, Oatmeal Chocolate Caramel Bars and Roasted Cinnamon Pear Bruschetta to take to brunch at a friend's house. It was a good food weekend.
